Cairo – Mubasher: Elsewedy Electric Co aims at achieving revenues of EGP 40 billion this year, CFO Sherif El-Zeiny told Almal News.

The company’s total investments stood at EGP 26 billion, El-Zeiny added.

He mentioned that the firm obtains 50%, 39%, and 11% of its revenues from cables and wires activities, power plants, and electric converter and counters, respectively.

Elsewedy had previously posted a net profit of EGP 1.56 billion in the three-month period ended September 2017, up from EGP 746.6 million in the prior-year period.
